Even though it needed a lot of work, the location of this 1950’s ranch appealed to the homeowners. The project scope included a deep energy retrofit, comprehensive remodeling and an addition. Our work included rectifying a flipper’s mistakes, dramatically improving energy performance, re-imaging the exterior, providing an outdoor living space and modernizing living space, bathrooms and the kitchen.
