Luling Master Suite Addition

Building on top of a 3-car garage made it possible for this Owner to add a grand master suite to their home. This addition was part of this homeowner’s remodeling goals. The design solution included a unified approach to recladding the street facades of this prime corner property with new siding and stone. The traditional design theme includes brackets, rustic stone, a balcony, skylights, clearstory windows, dome and vaulted ceiling.

An accomplished DIY that had already completed extensive remodeling in the existing home, the homeowner asked to play a role in the construction of the addition. His role included working on the framing and exterior trim crew. The owner is currently working on completing the interior of the addition.
