The Master Plan includes replacing most wood trim, adding wainscoting, replacing/enhancing the fireplace mantel, crown molding/ceiling trim, new lighting with dimmers, built-ins throughout the home, upgrading existing kitchen cabinets, installing hardwood/tile flooring, adding a master bedroom bath/closet addition, upgrading guest bathrooms, and replacing all interior/exterior doors. Outside improvements include new windows, bays, rafter tails, front door and lighting. Living through a whole house renovation is not for everyone; but it meets the aesthetic and financial goals of this owner.
